My New Year's Eve

Well, both John and I had to work yesterday. No big deal...we never really do anything special for New Year's anyway. I worked with Gary and since the roads were getting bad and I had to drive all the way to Stevensville, he told me to head home at around 10pm....that way I would only have to deal with the roads.....not the drunks too! That was very nice of him!! So when I got home.....hmmm....what to do while I wait for John to get home??? So I got a jump start on my Valentine's Day products....also some 'Tween stuff too......the pictures were taken this morning...you can see our crockpot on the counter.....doesn't smell like 'kraut yet! The clear glass tubes are lip gloss....lava lamp lip gloss! Pretty cool stuff....acts like a lava lamps when you turn it upside down...I made blueberry, cotton candy, bubble gum, grape and lime for my 'tween line, I still need to make bubble bath bars (a bubble bath in a solid bar) and maybe some body glitter. The stuff in the jars is edible body powder......John thinks I should add cocoa to it...but I'm thinking that might not be a good idea.....I think it will discolor the mini feather dusters I have ordered. I'm thinking I might add some edible glitter to some.....not sure though, I would need to order that. In the second picture, the taller bottles are edible warming massage oil....I made chocolate, champagne, red hot cinnamon and strawberry. And last, but certainly not least there are two sizes of jars.....but you can't really tell from the pic....those are warming edible chocolate lotion....you put it on...well.....like you are finger-painting. I still have massage candles I have to pour today.....hoping to get those done so I can take picutures tomorrow.....like I said before picture taking for the store is a whole ordeal! Oh, I guess it would help if I put labels on the stuff too......I'll leave that job up to John!
We woke once again to a beautiful winter wonderland! Snow clinging to everything in site....gonna try to snap some pictures a little later on.....
