I forgot I had taken these. I thought I would share them with you. I am trying something different this week. Instead of baking ahead (which I did not like any way); all my bread will be baked on Friday before work...work is 3-11...and then I plan on staying up and baking anything that did not get done. I really need to be as efficient as possible...there is really no time for any down time or errors. Wish me luck! I think I have my two replacements figured out for this week......I am keeping the Italian as a base, but am adding spices and herbs for an Italian Herb and then I am going to make an Cinnamon Raisin Walnut....got the

recipe out of a book I have. The first pic is of my German Rye bread, the next is of my Multigrain and the final picture is of my Sourdough. I guess I did not take any pictures of my Italian or my White...but I guess they weren't too impressive anyway!!

Deb, Congratulation on your first Farmer's Market!!!! Your set up is neat...I'm going to use your ideas for the table arrangement and crates place sideways. The bread looks wonderful:) We had our first Farmer's Market in Ridgway with only three vendors, but we did a good business. I made Feta, Swiss Chard Quiche that sold out.
I'll email you some other ideas.
